ROOM REVIEW

$400

A one-time virtual consult for when something feels off in your space and you’re not sure why. Maybe the layout isn’t working, or the finishes feel disconnected. I’ll review your photos and details, then send back honest, thoughtful feedback with clear suggestions—written notes, marked-up images, and a simple layout sketch if needed. It’s all done over email—no calls, no fuss—just practical guidance to help you move forward with confidence.

ROOM REVIEW

This package includes:

  • A professional evaluation of your room, highlighting strengths and opportunities for improvement in a constructive and approachable way.

  • Written answers to up to 3 design-related questions.

Here are some of the kinds of questions I often help with:

Which grout color will complement your tile without stealing attention

What pendant size and shape works best over your island (and how many)

Whether your cabinet hardware needs more contrast—or less shine

What’s throwing off the balance in your layout, even if everything technically “fits”

How to introduce texture or depth to a room that feels a bit flat

Whether your vintage rug, new sofa, and art are actually speaking to each other

What to keep, move, or layer to bring the room together

  • Mock-ups applied directly to your provided photos, giving you a clear visual direction for how the suggested updates can transform your space.

  • A custom 2D floor plan with a suggested furniture layout (not available for kitchens or bathrooms).

  • Suggestions for paint or wallpaper options, if requested.

Please note: This service provides general design direction, not a full design plan. I may suggest item types (e.g., a three-seater sofa), but not specific products or links. Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements and clear photos, verifying fit, and testing colours and materials in their space.

This package doesn’t include:

  • Specific product sourcing or clickable shopping links.

  • 3D renderings or drawings.

FAQs

  • It’s a one-time virtual consultation designed to give you clarity and direction for your space — without the commitment of full-service design.

  • You’ll receive a written room evaluation, a custom 2D floor plan, annotated mock-ups, and thoughtful answers to up to three design questions — all tailored to your space.

  • This isn’t a full room overhaul. There’s no product sourcing, shopping links, 3D renderings, or custom cabinetry — just expert guidance you can actually use.

  • Everything arrives in a beautifully organized PDF via email, so you can refer back anytime as you implement.

  • Yes — I can suggest a few paint or wallpaper options that work with your space and lighting.

  • Absolutely. This service is built for independent implementation, giving you the tools and visuals to confidently move forward.

  • To keep the process focused and efficient, this is a one-time service. You’re welcome to book another Room Review or service if more support is needed!

  • You’ll receive your design package in approximately 14 days once all your materials are submitted.

  • Just a completed questionnaire, well-lit photos, and accurate measurements — I’ll guide you through exactly what’s needed.

  • The Room Review is a lighter, more accessible version of my One Room Design service. It’s ideal if you’re mostly happy with your space but need a trained eye to point out what’s working, what’s not, and how to improve it. I provide clear, actionable suggestions based on your existing layout and photos—things like how to improve flow, what to swap out, and how to pull the room together with better styling, color choices, or furniture tweaks.

The One Room Design service, on the other hand, is a more in-depth, start-to-finish design plan. It includes a full mood board, space planning, product sourcing, and a complete vision for your room. If you're starting from scratch or want a fully designed space with a detailed plan to follow, that service is the better fit.
